Who we are
The people behind the wave
We are professionals who combine vision and concreteness, each with a different background and a common goal: to make things work.
Ideas, strategies, relationships, tools-we bring it all to the table, and we put our faces to it.
Because behind every project that goes right, there is always someone who knows what they are doing.
Joseph Oliviero
Strategy, direction and business vision
Ideas are only worthwhile if they find a structure to become reality.
An architect and entrepreneur, Giuseppe is a central figure in Italian crafts and SMEs. He has been CNA national vice president, with active roles in Europe as well (vice president Sme United, European Association of Craft, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises), and has led strategic realities such as the Mostra d’Oltremare, bringing innovation and concreteness. It has been uniting business, institutions and system vision for years, promoting development projects, urban regeneration and productive innovation.
In Go Wave he builds bridges between ideas and results, with method, experience, and a vision that cannot be improvised.
All he needs to get the day started is a clear idea and a good plan.
Lucia Rocco
Consulting, development and digital orchestration
Every project is a machine. The beauty is to understand it, take it apart, and make it work better.
Responsible for consulting and web project development at Go Wave, Lucia has a natural talent for bridging seemingly distant worlds: philosophy and technology, technical precision and creative intuition. He has experience in startups and research environments behind him. He knows how to build digital solutions that really work and speak the language of those who will use them.
Curious, visionary, meticulous, she follows each project as if it were a living organism, to be custom-designed and methodically grown.
Lucia doesn’t look for shortcuts: she optimizes roads, every time.
Fulvio Tudisco
Editorial projects, training and artificial intelligence
There is no such thing as difficult content, only wrong contexts.
Fulvio has directed complex projects in publishing, culture and academia. He is an expert in applied research, social flow analysis, artificial intelligence and communication strategies. He has worked as a critic for several newspapers and has delved into the dynamics between language, technology and human behavior.
At Go Wave he coordinates editorial projects and training tracks, combining strategic vision and analytical precision. It translates data, insights and content into operational tools that work.
Fulvio does not simplify things: he makes them understandable.
Francis German
Cultural communication and press office
I would write poems about true and fleeting love, but I chose to tell stories that start with a bold headline and end up in all the newspapers.
Journalist, press secretary, storyteller, and passionate devotee of detail. For more than 20 years, Francesco has worked in the worlds of cinema, art, comics, and pop culture: he has written for ANSA and Corriere del Mezzogiorno, and is the voice behind the communication of events such as Comicon, Napoli Film Festival, Le Lune di Pompei, and many other cultural festivals.
In Go Wave he curates the words that come out, the strategy that holds it all together, and that unmistakable tone of voice that makes you say, “Yes, this is done right.”
Francis does not communicate: he constructs imaginaries.
Machi Di Pace
Photography and visual storytelling
I don’t shoot to stop time. Click to make him talk…
A photographer and journalist, Machi chronicles the world through images. He has published in publications such as ELLE Italia, Der Spiegel, National Geographic Italia, The Times, GEO, Donna Moderna and many others, moving between reportage, editorial and travel photography with an essential and profound style.
In Go Wave he translates concepts into visions and builds, image by image, a narrative that sticks.
For Machi, every shot is a thought taking shape.
